The project deals with a building located on a pedestrian’s area, over an underpass giving an implicit sense of dynamism. Actually, the conurbation of markets, cafés, expositive areas, seems to be ideally absorbed in the stream of life. Under the building, the old market square turns into a big public space got into a tunnel of light made up with ground glass window spreading diffused light while hiding the lateral context. On the edges, a clear perception of the sky, and, hanging over the buildings like pile-dwellings, houses look quietly at life flowing around, on the safe from sun and water, thanks to a backdrop of sunshades and transparencies.
